Yoga, canoeing, and trekking—the perfect way to reconnect with nature.
To the rhythm of the paddle and our steps, we reach the Lama Forest and pay our respects to the giants of the Park: the sequoias.
– Meet at the Ridracoli Dam ticket office, one hour before departure time (between 9:00 and 9:30).
– Return expected around 4.00pm
Very young children are allowed only if they are accustomed to walking. The route is not suitable for strollers.
Children aged 10 and up can paddle like the others; younger children will only be passengers.
The activity is suitable for the whole family!
Upon returning, those who wish can stay in the dam area until 7:00 PM or visit the IDRO Ecomuseum.
To bring
- clothes suitable for the season and for spending a day outdoors
- complete change of clothes (even underwear!)
- packed lunch and water
- a garbage bag
- hat or bandana and sunscreen
- towel
